A new innovative program called Fraud Assist Toolbox Fraud Defense™ stops identity theft before it happens. The root problem of all forms of identity theft is impersonation. Fraud Assist Toolbox enables us to communicate instantly and securely with account holders to ensure that a credit authorization transaction is legitimate.

Our new Card Patrol(SM) feature provides early-warning technology which monitors chat rooms across cyberspace for members' exposed credit and debit card numbers. If your registered numbers show up, you're immediately notified and action can be taken.

DETECTION
Credit Alerts® provide up-to-date information regarding new inquiries into your credit history, potentially negative information added to your credit file, address changes reported to the reporting companies, public records and new accounts opened in your name. If you have no changes to your credit reports, you'll still receive one quarterly to let you know that nothing has changed.

RESOLUTION
Members of our Fraud Protection Plus program will also receive up to $10,000 in financial compensation for qualified expenses. A Fraud Assistance hotline is also accessible to help you restore your identity.

Payment Card Protection will cover verified unauthorized charges to your registered credit or debit cards.
